Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Evomon Wiki collects when you visit, what our analytics and advertising partners do, and what choices you have. We keep data collection minimal: we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool and a third-party ad network, and we don't run any tracking beyond what those two services require.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand which pages are useful and which aren't. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect or store personally identifiable information, and does not track visitors across other websites — it counts aggregate page views and referrers only. Because it's cookie-free, it doesn't require a cookie-consent banner under most privacy regulations, but we're disclosing it here for full transparency.

Advertising

This site displays ads served by a third-party advertising network to help cover hosting and research costs. That network may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to serve and measure ads, and it may work with its own sub-processors under its own privacy terms. Ads only appear inside article pages, are clearly labeled "Advertisement," and never appear on the homepage, the Dex hub, or our 404 page.

If you'd prefer not to receive personalized ads, check your browser's privacy settings or any opt-out tools your device offers — we don't control the ad network's targeting directly, but we do control where and how ads are placed on this site.

What We Don't Collect

We don't require account creation, don't collect email addresses except when you voluntarily email us through our Contact page, and don't sell or share any personal data with third parties beyond the analytics and advertising services described above.

Frequently asked questions

Do you use cookies?

Our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookie-free. Our advertising network may set cookies to serve and measure ads; see the Advertising section above.

Can I request my data be deleted?

Since we don't collect personally identifiable data outside of voluntary contact emails, there's typically nothing to delete — if you've emailed us and want that correspondence removed, just ask via Contact.
